Oleg Koss is an international customer expert and evangelist. He runs an agency which helps leading Ukrainian and international companies to innovate and improve their services acting on true customer insights.


He has worked with EVA, Nova Poshta, OLX, PUMB, Vodafone, Uniqa and many other companies. He also worked as a marketing and product and customer experience manager for Kyivstar, Lifecell, Ukrtelecom and others.


Oleg is a founding member of Ukrainian Service Design Network Chapter. He holds Executive MBA from IE Business School (Madrid)
